Menu Styles

Bluevanillalady

Question

I just purchased Roxio 2009 and when installed I am only getting about 4 options for menu styles. I saw a post that stated there could be over 80 of them. Could someone tell me where I can find these because they are not showing in my program. If not where can I get some. It's very frustrating and for $99 I would like more than 4 menu options without having to produce my own. I emailed Roxio support and was told that other's are not available. Allthough I didn't mention in my message that I am only seeing 4 of them.

You should still have the Download Manager file on your hard drive. I believe it is a zipped file. You just unzip it, click on it, and it will show you the options in the attachment in Larry's post.

Sorry I fixed this. When I originally downloaded the product the computer restarted between the 1st and 2nd download and I didn't realize it. I just reinstalled it and that was all fixed. Thanks for the help! REALLY Appreciate it!

I purchased the downloaded copy....did I miss something when I downloaded it?

Sounds like it. There should have been at least two files to download. It sounds like you didn't download the one labeled Content (see screen shot below).

You should be able to run the download manager again and download it, then run the downloaded file to install the content.

p.s. You should keep a backup copy of the program and content downloaded files in case you need them in the future. downloads are only available for a limited time.
