Did you check your motherboard and CPU temps, right after it crashed? Have you cleaned out the inside of your computer, lately? It could also be a problem with your video card. Have you updated your video card to the latest drivers, from the manufacturer's website? It could also be a problem with your power supply unit (PSU). Does it feel hot to the touch, after you have run your computer for awhile? One other possibility is a bad stick of RAM, but that isn't likely, if it only happens while encoding.
