purduephotog
I have a DELL XPS 600. I'm trying to reinstall the myDVD LE Roxio Creator software that came with it; it's balking and stating: Out of Disk Space- Volume C:\ required 4295006003.00 kb, available space 272393216.00kb. I doubt it needs that much. I've tried searching for dell, installer issues, myDVD LE etc and come up blank. Suggestions highly welcome. Big_Dave
Try deleting MyDVD from the Control Panel under programs. Then scan the disk for Roxio folders and delete those off the hard drive. If you have any projects, you may want to save those. Compact your hard drive using the windows compactor program. Then copy the MyDVD CD to your hard drive. Temporarily turn off your antivirus and then try the install off the hard drive. You may have to go back to Dell for support since you have an OEM version of the software
