Won't Install

Please help. I have tried to install this several times. My computer either freezes during install or I get the blue screen of death.

 

Now I get an error unable to read certificate file.

 

I am using Vista home premium 64 bit

 

I am trying to reinstall after a no drive detected error.

No drive detected is a Windows error… But in your very next post you say you fixed that part???

Then do the Clean Install - Vista

 

The trick to Clean Install is to print it out so it is by your side and follow it step by step using the More or Less method. (Don't do More than it says and don't do Less!)

It's a fairly new computer. Only had it since December 2008

Try copying the CD to your Hard drive.....then install from there.

Thanks for your help. The problem was caused by my antivirus program. Uninstalled that then was able to install Easy CD and DVD Burning.
