Thin Green Line On The Bottom Of Video

I'm running Creator 2009 Special Edition. When I open the Roxio Media Import and select DV for the capture settings, the video appears fine in the preview window. However, when I play back the video in my media player, I see a thin green line at the bottom of the video. I've tried other capture settings and I do not get the green line, it's only when the setting is on DV. Any ideas?

Update the drivers for your video card/chip. Depending on how low, in the video, that green line is, it may not show on your tv screen, when playing the video in a set top DVD player.
