Can't Install My Roxio Creator 2009

waynehjr1

Question

I had purchased Roxio Creator 2009. at the time I had a Dell computer that already came with a previous Roxio software with the package software(preinstalled). since then I have upgraded my computer to Vista from XP, which included a fresh Vista install. Well now when I try to install my already paid for Roxio Creator 2009, the installations stops when almost completed, telling me I need to install Roxio Easy Media 10 before I can complete my Roxio Creator 2009 installation. I do not have this program, as it was part of a pre-install by Dell, and there were no software discs to be able to re-intall this program. All the software was in the back-up files for a factory set system restore, which was deleted when installing Vista OS. What can I do? I have this Roxio Creator 2009 full CD version with key code that I paid for and now can't even use. I need help with what my options are.
