Blu-ray Plug-in

Question

I purchased the new Toast 10 online on 26 February, but was not able to use it until recently. I expected to be able to use Blu-ray because Roxio's e-mail said it would be free with this offer, but Toast now tells me that I need to buy a plug-in @ £14.95. I have found it quite impossible to contact them to ask how I get the free plug-in. My question to their Help page was answered by Sonic Store, who wrote: "We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with this issue at the Sonic Solutions Online Store. " Roxio appear to have no phone number, or e-mail contact. Time is running out and I don't see why I should have to pay! Can anyone help, please?

If I remember it correctly, the free plugin is only available for the first 30 days after Toast 10 release.

Also, there is an e-mail option on the support page that you might have missed. You might want to give it a try.

I did buy Toast 10 within a few days, actually. I had tried the link you gave, but today I finally got a 'ticket' on the Roxio site, and have now received a link to download the Blu-ray plug-in, so persistence pays off -- eventually! Thanks.
