Roxio 2009

lulu1one

Question

My computer crashed a week ago, I had a backup of all my files and software on my external drive, so I was sure all would be back on my pc after restoring, but now when I open Roxio 9, all my vids. are gone and I do not get the option for videowave. Are all my vids.? and will I have to remake everything, some of my vids. are were being worked on, not finished.

I had a file called for my vids., but they will not open, I think because I can not get to videowave, any help would be a blessing.

Thanks lulu

lulu Easy Media Creator 9 or Creator 2009. Two different programs.

Do you see the videos and files on your computer? Search for dmsm and dmsd files. Are they on your computer? If not, your restore did not restore them all. If they are there, it did not put them where Video Wave could find them. What happens if you double click on one of the dmsm files? Does Video Wave open?

Are you saying that the backup re-installed the program but the Video Wave application doesn't work?
