Brendon
Since this has nothing to do with Copy & Convert 3 or Easy DVD Copy, I'll see if this topic can be shifted out into the Creator 2009 forum where it seems to belong. Oh, by the way, the suite is called Creator 2009. If you call it Creator '09 people will think you're talking about Creator 9, a.k.a. Easy Media Creator 9. You should be able to use what you have but what you will be able to edit may be somewhat more limited. Make a copy of the file in a different folder and then, if it is a dmsm file, double click on it. It should open. You'll have to see what editing options you have and what was lost. If the mpg2 file, just use that in Video Wave, mute the native audio track and add your music.

sknis
When I open the file all it says is PHOTOSHOW .photoshow. How can I find the dmsm,or mpg2 file name ? Perhaps we are now confused. Are you using Easy Media Creator 9, Creator 2009 or PhotoShow. They are three entirely different programs. Where did you get the photoshow file? If you made it, which of the above did you use? The best option is to use an audio editor like Sound Editor from Roxio or something like Audigy to create one mp3 file from your music and add that. As an alternate, depending on what you want to do with the PhotoShow, use the share option to create an AVI file and add that to Video Wave to add the music. Since you have been pretty tight lipped about what you are doing, your on your own after that unless you give us more information. (Image is from PhotoShow V5) I am very new at this and inexperianced,so excuse my explanations. I started by downloading my pictures to Easy media. I created a great slide show, and then I wanted to add more than one song to the easy media slide show and could not figure out how to. So I bought creator 2009 and am trying to take the easy media file over to creator2009 to add multiple songs and I just can't get it. When I open the file all it says is PHOTOSHOW .photoshow. No Easy Media Creator or Creator 2009 has an application that I know of creates a Photoshow with a "photoshow" extension. Can you remember if you used an application named "Slide Show Assiatant"? What happens if you right click on the file on your hard drive? Sorry. Perhaps someone else has an idea.

Like sknis I am confused by your post. PLease use the full program name plus version # when you are talking about programs. "Easy media" for example means nothing since there is no such program nor does "Easy Media is 10LJ"
