Download Manager Problem

I purchased Creator 2009 with both electronic download and CD options. I downloaded the RoxioCreator2009_DownloadManager. I ran this file and the download started, but had to be cancelled due to a lack of space on the hard drive. Since then I cannot download the full application files. When I run RoxioCreator2009_DownloadManager I get the message: 'Didn't find any files remaining to do! Download Manager is finished!'

 

I cannot find a solution to this on the Roxio site. Can anyone assist please.
