Open up the Roxio Sound Editor (My choice is to click on Start--All Programs--then cursor to Roxio C2009 Ultimate--then click on Applications--And then click on Sound Editor.) But youn can use the Roxio program Icon on the desktop as well.

 

A couple of attachments should guide you.

It will not display the m3u files just the mp3's. Any other ideas?

 

 

Tried to convert, just got a Unknown folder with nothing in it.

 

All an M3U file contains is a list of files to play. IT DOES NOT CONTAIN THE MUSIC FILES.

 

You need to burn the MP3 files and not the M3U file.
