Can No Longer Use Version 5

Question

Hello,

I've tried Roxio Customer Care, to no avail. I am unable to reload any version of Photoshow 5 from download. I have paid for premium service. I own the disk version, all of the extra theme packs, also paid for unlimited download service. I cannot open Photoshow 5, after uninstalling the new version, and trying to reinstall the original from the web page. Does any one know if I can try the original disk? If that is possible, since I have my original keys, would I be able to use those? I miss being able to make a slide show with multiple sound tracks, and also reloading the old shows into the program. I have 39 shows currently posted on line, and since reformatting my hard drive, the only access I have to them is through the Roxio version of the program. Editing options are limited in this program. If only Roxio would come up with a program that combines the best features of both version 5 and 6....

I heard from Roxio support, and the problem was resolved by uninstalling then installing version 5 from my original installation disk.
