Fade To Black/white, Whatever :-)

Well here's another question that I'm embarrased to ask, if only because its such a common thing that I'm sure it's right in front of my face. I just want to do a fade to black (or white) between clips, and surprisingly there is no "Video Effect" or "Video Transition" for those. I know i can add a color panel in black or white, but it's the fad transition I really need.

After you add the panel between videos, add a dissolve transition between each video and the panel. That will fade (dissolve) to the panel and from the panel then.
