Upgrading Toast 9 Basic

I have a copy of Toast 9 Basic as supplied with my recent purchase of an Eye TV. Can someone please tell me what my upgrade options are as it is not clear from the website. Also, I looked in the sales topic of this forum but there seems to be zero activity.

I'm not with Roxio so I'm only making an assumption from what I read on their site. It appears to me there is no upgrade discount from your version of Toast to Toast 10. If you sign up for Roxio's email they frequently send notices of somewhat discounted offers for Toast 10.
