Cd Spin Doctor Decreasing Recording Time On Disc?

derm318

Question

I have recorded a few albums using CD Spin Doctor but have not saved anything, as far as I know. However, the CD Spin Doctor indicator shows a decreasing time left on the disc. When I started out, I had 7 hours. Now I have 4 hours. What does this mean? Am I actually filling my hard disc with this recording data?

The only thing I can suggest is to check the Scratch folder (which I believe is the working temp folder)...you can find that by going to your home folder, library, application support, CDSpingDoctor

Even though you aren't "saving" anything, I think the app still creates a temp .AIFF file as you record. I would think that file would be deleted upon exiting the program, but then again this program doesn't seem to do anything by normal standards....

I am having the same problem of loosing disc space in spin doctor even though I am deleting the song after moving it to i-tunes. I delete both the track appearing in Spin Doctor and the extra track that appears in i-tunes in a folder called CD Spin Doctor. I can't find this folder on my harddrive.

I also could not find the folder CDSpringDoctor. When I have saved tracks in Spin Doctor, it usually gets save in i-tunes temp folder. But that is empty, yet Spin Doctor shows that I am loosing space in the program. Any other suggestions?
