Creator 2009 Slideshow

Parrotman

Question

Newbie here and would appreciate some advice please.

Trying to build a Slideshow via slideshow assistant and having difficulty adding audio tracks.

The slideshow contains about 600 images ( can't seem to find out if this is too many and part of the problem ).

I have about about 5 or 6 music tracks I want to add but cannot seem to find a way of repeating them. I did venture into Videowave but could not see anything that would enable me to achieve this.

Any advice or guidance greatly appreciated.

Thanks & regards John

Use Videowave to create your slideshow - you will have much more flexibility in adding audio, transitions, etc.

What do you mean by "I have about about 5 or 6 music tracks I want to add but cannot seem to find a way of repeating them". In VW simply drag the audio clips from the Media Selector to the audio tracks. In fact you can add audio to any of the 3 audio tracks - overlapping them while fading out on one track and fading in another.

A standard 4.7GB DVD will hold 60 minutes of video at best quality (which is what you want for your slideshow). If you want 600 slides that leaves only 6 seconds per slide at best.

Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction. Will look at VW tomorrow and looks like I need 2 slideshows!

Thanks once again.
