Avi To Dvd (pal)

Hi all

 

I have some video footage I have edited in Windows Movie maker and am about to convert it to AVI.

 

My question is. does my version of Roxio Creator 2009 have the functionality to convert the AVI file to a DVD which will be playable in a standard DVD player. It is not the deluxe version, just the standard.

 

Could do with knowing the answer to this one ASAP.

Yes...

 

Both VideoWave and MyDVD are happy with whatever you give it, even your unconverted WMM clips will be fine.

 

The "trick" is to set MyDVD to output in PAL before you burn. File - Project Settings - Standard - PAL

 

Burning is the only time format matters.
