Creator 2009 Menu

Ok, I have Vista Home Basic 64-Bit, and seriously too many problems have occured with this product.

 

1. When I open my creator, i see 5 menus, which seem not to have any basic feautres like video edit, etc.

For ex, if i open up my video menu all i see is "Enjoy" button, no other buttons, only one.

 

2. I tried to install SP3, but apparently it couldnt locate the Roxio Creator 2009 ULTIMATE in my computer. Dont give me those answers like "reinstall CLEAN" and stuff, b/c i tried that 3 times, and im fed up with it.

 

What should i do about these issues?

Bahahahaha, this coming from someone who opted for a 64 bit OS, yet opted for a Basic version of Vista.

 

Try updating your video drivers as a first step.
