Frustration W/ Creator 2009

Having problems installing Roxio Creator 2009 on a Vista machine, we went to the support forum for Roxio and find we are not alone. And the instructions to rename dsetup.dll to dsetupOLD.dll in System 32 results in no means to easily fine this dll file. Then we find others have the same issues. Get into the resigtry to make this software work, and expect it to repeated crash even after that???? Guess what Roxio, this software goes back to COSTCO for full refund on Monday. This is (*&(&_, baby!

Good luck with your refund. Most stores will only do an exchange in the case when the media is damaged.

You must have forgotten to uninstall your Easy VHS to DVD software, prior to installing the Creator 2009 software. The two don't get along with each other.
