Sound Track Versus Music Panel?

Grimm1

Question

When adding audio to a Videowave DVD, I am always asked if I want it added to the soundtrack, music panel or to the internal track. Question- what are the differences? I always pick the Music Panel, because I can edit it easier. I tried to find anything to do with "soundtrack" later and couldn't. Any tips/tricks?

I can add audio, edit, etc. I am just wondering if there is a better way to what I am doing.

Those options are "sound effect track" sfx.

The audio tracks, except the native track for video, all work the same so it really doesn't matter where you add the music. To show the audio tracks, simply click on show/hide tracks. Of course you must be in Timeline view.

Many people use two audio tracks in order to fade one music cut into the next with no gaps (example video). karri also has a video on adding narration.

sfx ( boings, slams, crashes, etc.) can be added where you want them.
