malatekid
You should be connected to the "OUT" plugs of the VHS player. If you are connected to the VHS player using the RCA yellow and white cables, set the software Input to composite.

malatekid
Does the VHS front connection say Input or Output? You should connect to an "Output" plug of the VHS player.

jonatsonic
ok thanks for the help Hi Philip - You'll probably need a SCART to Phone adapter as seen in this product sold by Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hama-Phono-SCART-S...9242&sr=8-1 To be safe, run the the article Resolving common capture issues with the Roxio Video Capture USB device and go through the check list. Take care, Jon

Jim_Hardin
Where is Daithi when you need him There have been a couple of posts from GB about this – of course I can’t find them right now… You will most likely need an adapter that will output Video and Audio to RCA jacks. They make them, check with TV or electronics stores in your area. Just make sure that it will pass both Audio as well as Video. – heard of some that don’t pass audio… You might be able to get by if your TV has RCA Outputs? VCR to TV then hookup from the TV.
