Can anyone tell me how to sync my audio and video using Creator 2009? A friend created a DVD video for me and when I play it the audio is enough out of sync (10 seconds or so) to make it unusable. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Copy the disc to your computer. Add the VOB files to video wave and output it to a mpg 2 file. Navigate to where it is using Media Manager and right click on it. Select extract audio and name the wav file/set location. Add the mpg2 file to Video Wave. When it is in, click to see the native audio track. Mute it. Select add background audio and add the wav file you created. You can add the wav file to any other audio track like the music track. Move it to where it lines up with the video (note you may want to add a color panel to the beginning and end of the video track so you can play with the location.

Save the project, close Video Wave, open My DVD, add the project with or without menu and burn (encode) to an ISO file. Mount the iso file into a virtual drive and play it to make sure it is in sync. If it is, just copy the ISO to a new disc using Creator Classic or Video Copy and Convert.

This is a quick synopsis of the procedure for someone who is reasonable knowledgeable with Creator 2009. If you need help on a step, come back and ask.
