ChiChi02
Every time I turn on my PC the Windows Installer begings to install a ROXIO program. I have tried to find how to stop this but have been unsuccessful. Has anyone else had this issue?
Brendon
It looks as if your Windows Installer has something broken inside. When this happens it tries to install something continuously - in this case a Roxio program. This fault is quite common, and Microsoft have made available a utility to clean it up. The Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility. The Cleanup Utility can be downloaded free here. Read the instructions carefully, and use it to clean out the broken installer parts. Microsoft may want you to update their installer, too. You will probably need to reinstall your Roxio software after using the MSICUU, so be sure to have your installation CD handy.
