Downloading Roxio Premium Online Service To New Computer.

I would like to install my Roxio Photoshow Premium service to my new computer. I have my emailed receipt with an order #, but the Roxio site asks for a cd #, which I don't have. On the Roxio site, I had the solution to get the cd #, but I received the order # which I already have. Thanks for any assistance.

Have you tried the order number as the CD number?

 

Also did you register your program when you got it? If so, sign into Roxio and you shoud be able to navigate to the registration history to get that number.

 

If both of those fail, wait until Monday and call support.

Yes, I did put in the order number as the cd number, but no luck with that. I had registered the program. When I "navigated" to get my registration history, all I got was the order #. I will have to call support. I appreciate your efforts to help. Thanks!!!
