Creator 2009 Trouble With Cd From Creator07 That Can't Delete From Computer

Having trouble with my computer because of emc 07. tried to delete it, but all didn't delete. was told to go in & delete string of letters & numbers from emc 7, did that , but windows closed my cd, now I'm getting messages to get a compabible driver, because the one I have won't work with creator 09 that I installed. Asked roxio for help, but no answer yet. can any one tell me what I shoud try to do? Seems like whole computer isn't working right now. thanks grethel

Not a "Guru" but I think you need to do a long winded "Clean install" and get rid of earlier Sonic and Roxio products (involves, I am afraid, registry editing) . I am not a PC expert, but have done this a few times!
