roadhound
When dragging and dropping to cd I have no problems. When I try with a DVD I get a missing file notification. When I insert my Creator, MyDVD COMBO disc and point to the file I'm told it's an invalid file path. What can I do? I've tried to reinstall and am told that the one installed on my computer has more features than the disc I have. Any suggestions. Big_Dave
You will probably have to try re-installing the product. If the product came with your PC from Dell, then you'll have to go back to Dell or try Dell's forum. You could also have problems with IE7 and WMP11 if they are installed

List the name and version of those two software versions, the one installed and the disc your trying to install. cd
