File Properties

Mick W

Question

I have just started using Creator 2009 to create a data CD of .pdf illustrations. The illustrations get revised from time to time with each revision filed in a different folder. The file properties for any file in the project list gives me the beginning of the path and filename at the end. What I need to know is the last folder name which is not shown. Does anyone know how I can gain access to that information ? Thanks.

When you burn a "data" disc I assume you are using "Creator Classic". Instead of using the desktop Icon to open C2009 and it's programs, go to START --ALL PROGRAMS--ROXIO CREATOR 2009--APPLICATIONS, and then click on "Creator Classic" When you drag each of the named folders from where ever they are on you computer, to the program, the name of that folder will show it's name. Later if you want to add more to that burned disc, just don't close it and you can add other folders or files again with another burn.

If when you name each of the folders, I suggest you either place a date as part of the name of some other definition that you will know exactly which is the last folder.
