I bought VW7 because the PDF stated it was compatible with MP4. It isn't. I have raised web tickets and even spoken once (at my cost overseas) to get a response and a refund yet Roxio appear to be deaf when it comes to giving money back. I now have Ulead so I do not need two. Has any one any suggestions on how I might get someone at Roxio to pay attention to a really unhappy ex customer.
If Roxio are listening, the ticket number is 172968 and was posted 6th April.
