sndchck
You can do it in iMovie. I'd like to do this while still using the original .MTS files. tnx
sndchck
Thanks! I just checked with VLC and you can do this. Geez, I've had it for a year and never knew. Thanks again!
tsantee
I'm feeling a little dense today. Remind me what creates an .MTS file so I can give this a look. Yesterday I just took a look at the new application Snapflow at the Aquafadas site which is specifically for making great stills from video. Nat at all cheap, however. I think VLC Media Player can make stills from video as well. Toast may but I haven't looked into it.
opalla
Most photo shots can be done by using apple's screen catching function: command/shift + 4 or command/shift + 4 + spacebar. Take care if you take a shot from interlaced material - it has to be de-interlaced afterwards by an appropriate graphic tool like Graphic Converter X or Photoshop Express. This doesn't work with DVD Player, but this widget does it: Screenshot Plus. wdgt
