Abnormal Program Termination/runtime Error!

OPERATING SYSTEM WINDOWS XP PRO

 

I have been using Creator 2009 without problems until I downloaded the service pack 4 and now the following problem occurs, only when I try to add audio files from a CD. (I can add audio files from the hard drive no prob).

I have I have followed all instructions from Roxio Technical including three clean installs.

 

Also I have used a registry cleaner/repairer still no better.

 

Just to complicate matters now after a reinstall, Roxio will not work at all without the service pack 4
