No Audio From Any Videos.

I upgraded from Easy Media Creator 10 to Creator 2009. Now the videos that I used to create home movies and the new movies from my camcorder have no sound. Musical CD's outside of Roxio work fine so it is not speakers. Any help would be greratly appreciated.

acfalk, the OP has never returned to see if there was a reply. There were none probably because the OP did not supply enough information. I can say the same thing about your post.

 

What Roxio product do you have? What application of the 30 plus in the program are you using? What computer do you have? What OS?. Did this just happen or was it a long term problem. What did you install/update that could have an effect. Did you upgrade from EMC 10 to Creator 2009 also? Did you check your audio set up to make sure nothing has changed there? What camcorder do you have and what is the format of the video files? And that is just to start.

 

Download and run gspot, drag one of the files to it. It will tell you if you have the right audio codecs on your computer and what format the video is (plus a whole lot of other stuff). Let use know what it says about the video format and the audio codec.
