Fading Background Music

I have built a slideshow in VideoWave (Creator 2009) that includes a video clip with the subject talking. I have a song in the background of the entire slideshow from a CD I own. My question is how do I fade the music just during the video clip so that I can hear the subject talking, then bring the volume back to where it was.

Check out this tutorial video by sknis. This tutorial applies to the native audio of the video. Apply the same technique (volume envelop) to your background song.

I would just drag down the line to the bottom, and carry it over to the spot that you want to increase the volulme.
