I am having an issue activating Cineplayer and my support ticket has been sitting still for a week. The technician mentions in my ticket that I could use “Live Chat” to give them my “Unlock Code” but I have been unable to find “Live Chat” support on the site. I am using IE7 and am logged in. Didn't realize that's when your error was popping up.... They are closed I'm assuming now, come back tomm. and try again; if it still doesn't work, re-post and I'll try and connect ... I was able to get right through to the chat support and get my question answered within five minutes. Just shows you how valuable and worthwhile the Roxio Community message board is.
