Popcorn 2 and Toast 7 give completely different compression figures

For some reason Toast 7 and Popcorn can't figure out how much compression a 4.56GB Video_TS folder really needs (not much). I tried to pass this through Popcorn 2 first, buy when it said 32% reduction, I balked. I tried Toast 7, only 4% (the right amount since it's only 4.56GB in the first place). Eek it's a bug?!?

This is not the first time this has happened. I've found that Popcorn 2 wants to compress way more for DVDs under 5 GB (some which don't even need to be compressed at all, under 4GB).
