Loading And Displaying Creator 2009

Question

I have purchased and loaded Creator 2009 on my PC running Vista 64 bit version. At the moment I am unable to display the entire startup display and the only way I can exit the program is to do the three finger salute (ctl/alt/del) to bring up the Windows Task Manager menu and close it from there. Thus far I am not overly impressed with this product. I have used Roxio for the past 10 years with no problem but this Creator 2009 is for the birds! I intend to keep using Roxio 10 which is much more user friendly. I think you folks are in the reverse mode.

I've had similar problems and they went away after installing the SP4 update. You can find SP4 here.

Leroy, we aren't Roxio, so the only time that most folks here, go into reverse mode, is when we back our cars out of our garages, or parallel park our cars.

Tell Roxio your problems with not being impressed. ;)
