Easy Vhs To Dvd With Tranfering Lp's And Tapes To Cd

I bought the Easy VHS to DVD for the transfer of LP's and Tapes to CD. Everything seems like it's working and even the burned disc show that there is information burned to the CD but when the CD is played back there is no sound at all. I have checked everything I know to check, from sound card ,requirements, to hook up and still nothing. I contacted support 5 days ago and they still have not gotten back to me. Does anyone have any knowledge to help me with this problem? It sure would be appreciated, Thanks. Poppyaww

M. Sawyer from technical support tells me that the VHS to DVD capture device does not work for Audio only despite the fact that Roxio's website clearly states that it does.

Wrong!!!

 

Apply the SP2 and it works quite nicely…

Plug the USB Capture Device into a rear port on the Pc, no hub, keyboard, monitor, USB port!

 

Is this installed on XP or Vista?

 

Have you installed the Service Pack?
