That is the way a standard CD works. You will have cda files that are all the same file size. You have to put the CD into a player that will read CD text to see the actual text. cda files are just pointers to where the files are located on the disc. To add to what Skinis wrote, you can see that the CD Text was written to the disc if you insert the disc and choose Disc Info from the Recorder menu in Toast. In order for the track info to appear on your Mac you'll need to enter it in iTunes and use the "CD Text to cdinfo" applescript within iTunes that's available at dougscripts.com.
