It is the same series of disks. I just reloaded the software again, but the same thing happened. There is something that I noticed though, this software is not compatible with Nero. I tried to delete the Nero software using the add/remove function in Windows, but I got an error message saying it couldn"t delete it. How can I delete Nero? Or do I need to..

If you have InCD running (with icon in the tray), that would explain both why it won't let you remove it (it's running) and why Roxio can't find a blank disc (InCD would have grabbed the disc). As to unistalling one of the Packet-Writing systems - if the idea is long-term archiving, Packet-Writing is a great way to permenantly lose the data.

Since you are the one at your computer, not us, you are the only one who can tell what is running. I will turn this tread back over to cdanteek.

Des Moines,

Cool it with the caps please, we can read lowercase just fine!

Do you mean the error is, please insert a blank disc, when in fact the disc you put in is blank?

Is this a different batch of media than what was working?

cd

I'm trying to remove Nero ver 6.6 demo. Also, I couldn't find Incd anywhere in my computer. When I click on the Nero icon it comes up with a window that says that my demo has expired. I just want to remove Nero. Incd might be hidden in the Nero programs somewhere.

I just tried again to remove Nero using the add/remove in the control panel. I got the following error message" error 1316 a network error occured while attempting to read fron the file

c;\windows\installer\nero-burningrom.msi"

The two programs co-exist just fine unless you have Nero's InCD and Roxios Drag to Disc installed on the same computer. These are the only apps that conflict. You can have only one packet writing program installed on your system.
