Burned Dvd Has Flutters?!

I am creating family dvs' to DVD. they play great on Roxio and window's media. When I burn them to DVD and play them on my DVD player or computer, the picture looks "fluttery or wavy" particularly when the camera is moving like during a soccer game. Why would it play this way on the DVD? Can someone tell me a solution to this problem. The only thing i can come to conclude is it has to do with the encoding/burning process>..

Other ideas would be:

 

Update your DVD drive firmware

Update Directx

Update your video driver

 

This may help your encoding process. Let us know what your system specifications are so we can tell if your system has enough capability.

Switch to, Tools – Options – Render, Software.

 

That should do the trick from what you describe.
