jtrack
I need to trim the front and end of a video clip in a Videowave production. In timeline view, there is an icon with an x and two markers that indicates it is for trimming. My question is how do I select the sections that need to be trimmed? Move the timeline curson th the start of what you need to trim and press the icon that looks like a double heaed arrow. Do the same for the end of what you want to cut out and repeat. Click on the section you want to remove and press the "X". Make sure that there is a dotted line arounfd the video. That nams it is selected and the control work for that. If that is not clear enough, watch this (flash video).

In Storyboard or Timeline view, just double click on the clip. The Trim dialog box should pop up. This dialog box will only trim the ends plus you can change the clip's speed.
