I can't make it work



:angry2: I have just gone through 2 days of trying to get this f______ program to work. I have followed all of the clean install, bought the disk, and I still get an error "Roxio Creator has stopped working



I am at my wits end! Anybody out there have any solutions.


I am running it on a brand new computer Dell Vostro 220, Intell Core 2 duo, WIndows Vista Business.

Can you elaborate? What I've seen is phone support is available only on a per-pay basis. Where does Roxio say phone support is at no charge? Do you have that phone number?

What is to elaborate – for a problem like the OP is having there will be no charge…


Nor will you ever be charged for anything until you are talking to a rep and they advise that a charge will be required before you continue…
