bess
I bought this #$^@ Roxio program with the last of my money after working 24 hrs (literally) non stop on a school project. I'm so discouraged because I can't get the help I need. Someone please call me 5xxxxxxxxxx. I created a video in Windows Movie Maker (about 3o min long with pics and video) and I can't burn it to a DVD. So I thought roxio would do the trick but i guess not? I don't care what time it is, someone please call me, I'm a grown man that is about to cry. Helpless

In Windows Movie Maker [WMM], you need to export your project to a video file. On the menu select File -> Save Movie File. This will open up a Save Movie Wizard window. Select My Computer for the location Give it a name [or use the one it defaults to] folder to save it to. Make sure you know the file name and where you are saving to for later. For the Movie Setting type [this is the file type], select DV-AVI (NTSC) from the dropdown list. Click Next and it will create a video file for you. When it's done, close WMM. Open MyDVD and start a new project. Use the option to add a new movie. Browse to where you saved the avi movie from wmm and add that new file. Now rename it, add chapters, change the menu style, etc... Save your MyDVD project and then burn it. All of this is assuming of course that you have a DVD drive capable of burning discs and some burnable DVD discs.
