I recently have started to import video and try to edit it for a project at work. As soon as I try to edit the video I get a message that goes as follows: "Video Wave 11 has stopped working" "-a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a situation is available" I don't even know what Video Wave 11 is and I have updated Creator 2009 with the available updates/patches. I am working with Windows Vista (don't know if that would be the cause). Time is of the essence so anyone that can help me.....Thanks in advance. More information about your computer please; especiall CPU speed and video card. Open Video Wave (Edit Video Advanced) and go to the top menu. Select tools, options and then put a dot next to software. Close that and now try to add your video. Video Wave is one of the core applications in Creator 2009. The application is the video editing program but it also ties into MyDVD wihich is the DVD authoring program. My DVD can do some video editing but if you have any problems, they are hard to diagnose and fix. With Video Wave, you have more chance to fix rather than start all over again.
