ggrussell
Never used Viddler. You may have to contact their support, but looks like it supports MP4 files. What format did you output to file?

Save your $$$ on the phone call. Roxio is already aware of the issue and has not yet found a fix.
ggrussell
Got your file and Videowave does not import the audio. The audio is definitely stereo though. Looks like Roxio is having an issue with AAC audio.
tbrewst
I tried to look at the specs and couldn't find what I was looking for. My suspicions are that the audio is at to low of a bitrate for C2009 to use. It is a mono microphone according to the website. I'm just wondering if it's in a format that C2009 won't use. Please be specific with your recommendations as I am a newbie. I have played around with the Kodak Zx1 and was able to do it. I don't know if it my solution will work with the Zi6. I assume that you have the files on your computer and that they are mov files. Download gspot, open it and drag one of the mov files to it. Post what it says in the Audio window. If it is the same as what I get, there are a couple of options. Do you have Bias Sound Soap on your computer? I think it came with Easy Media Creator 9 and with Creator 2009 Ultimate edition. Roxio is already aware of the issue and has not yet found a fix. No I do not, and is that a definite that it would resolve the issue. Would best bet be to buy a HD flip or similar that works with Roxio, so much for listening to sales people at Staples when I purchased Roxio software. I'm the one stuck with the issue and they made their sale. Bummmer Got your file and Videowave does not import the audio. The audio is definitely stereo though. Looks like Roxio is having an issue with AAC audio. Give your best recommendation, I need to edit my videos and ad some effects and clips to it and want to make them on HD , I can go get the right camera that will work with Roxio 2009 and is there a better version of Roxio or this version is just fine. The use of Sound Soap is not a guarantee but it has worked for me with both an old digital camera that took mov files and a new Kodak ZX -1 minim camcorder. I don't think another camera would be any different and there is no better version of Creator (except the ultimate which has Sound Soap). Check your p.m.(private messages) later today. Also Amazon has the SE for sale for $50. This is not a recommendation to buy; it is for information purposes only. If you do a lot of videos, and there is a lot of wind or other noise, this product will help. I don't see any trial or return policy on Bias's web site. Perhaps if you call and ask? You also might want to try calling the Amazon vendor to see what that person s willing to do.
