Useless Roxio Loop

Recommended Posts

I just "bought" CinePlayer DVD Decoder for Windows Vista v1.0. The purchase confirmation email does not include any d/l. I follow the link given for detailed download instructions, please go to http://store.digitalriver.com/DRHM/servlet...amp;Env=BASE#q1.

It takes me to a page stating: You can download by either clicking the 'begin HTTP download' button on your order information page or by doing a download by right clicking on the 'begin HTTP download' button and choosing 'Save Target As' in IE or 'Save Link As' in Netscape.

I click on the link for 'order information page' which says the SAME THING and NOWHERE is there a 'begin HTTP download' button.

This is nuts. I can only get to how to RE-D/L IF you purchased the extended D/L warranty. I buy & D/L lots of stuff and have never seen anything so crazy!

In the How Do I Download section, click on the Product/Technical Support Questions, link. Contact them, and let them know your problem.

Also, read the very first paragraph, in the link that you posted. Make sure that you follow those directions, before trying to download.

I appreciate your answer but... the How do I d/l takes me to the same place in the page talking about the non-exsistant d/l button.

I read the directions but didn't even get to TRY to d/l yet.

You need to click on the Support link, in this URL:

http://store.digitalriver.com/servlet/Cont...mp;SiteID=sonic

This link is what I get, when I click on the How Do I Download link.

That support link takes me back to Roxio Customer Care, or searching the Knowledge Base which was how I got here in the first place. I need to CALL customer service but when I have time, they are closed!! This is SOOO frustrating. I was never given the option to d/l!!!!!!
