Can't Load The Software Disc After Inserting Usb Device

Following the instructions to the tee, I inserted the USB device and then the disc into the tray. NOTHING!!. I did this several times and made sure that everything was connected right, still nothing.

When you insert the installation disc in the drive and it doesn't spin up and start yoru program, you might try (with the disc in your DVD drive) opening up Windows Explorer and go to the drive that the disc is in and look for the "setup.exe" file. If you can do that, double click on that file and it should open up the program for installation.

If your AUTORUN has been turned off or disabled as per some of the latest Microsoft Security updates, then nothing will happen. You will need to manually start the installation as per REDWAGONs instructions.
