Roxio Creator 2009

I am running Vista 64 bit Operating System and have been using Creator 2009 Ultimate without a problem until now. I have no problem loading the software to the computer. But, when I choose an application to it will not 'RUN' that particular application. The little circle that indicates the software is thinking turns a few times and then disappears. So the software simply does not function at all. Please help! Thank you

Tech Tip: “upload” refers to transferring a file from your PC to someplace using the internet…

 

You are “running” a program.

 

With that in mind, you will have to Download the SP4 update and Run it once the download completes

From what you have described that is the only fix there is for that problem.

 

You will have to contact tech support.
