Problems With Vhs To Dvd And Ceator 2009

Can anyone help as I am no expert at all this!

I purchased VHS to DVD and it appeard to down load correctly. I then purchased the creator 2009 by download - when I downloaded this it uninstalled my VHS to DVD? I then inserted my disc to try and reinstall and that started to unistall my creator 2009! I then had to reinstall 2009 and went to the site roxio.com/go/videousb to download but I do not seem to have been successful.

 

I tried doing a slideshow on 2009 but it wouldnt let me burn disc - I am in process of reinstalling 2009 again - after that I need to find out how I can download my VHS to DVD? Any help would be much appreciated!

You cannot have VHS2DVD and Creator 2009 installed at the same time, they are not compatible. You will have to decide which one you want to install. If they were downloaded from the Roxio website, you can try to get a refund for the one you don't want.

 

BTW, I think you are confusing the term "download" with "install".

One "downloads" a program from a website on the internet. You then install the downloaded program (or from a disc) on your computer.
