Creator 2009 - No Audio

I have downloaded the updates for Realtek HD Audio drivers for my HP Pavilion, I have update Roxio 2009, I have reinstalled the program twice.

 

I still can not playback audio from any part of Creator 2009. The Media Manager will not preview an audio track. The Videowave will create a perfect video file, but no audio. I can burn the perfect audio CD. But can not playback any audio.

 

I have exhausted all resources from the internet. My next move is to return the product.

 

Before I send it back, can anyone please give me some ideas?
