Dave Witt
Why do I have to have the USB part plugged in to open the program, just to read help files or burn a CD? If I don't have it plugged in the program freezes my PC...

I can't believe it, I found the answer to that problem !! I use a "MagicJack" voip phone thing in a usb port. It seems I can't have that plugged in and open my "easy" program at the same time...WARNING ! unplug your Magic Jack when using Easy VHS to DVD ! lol, Now it opens... Thank You Much, I'm sure I'll be back...before I get all of this figured out...dave

Many programs have gone south, when MJ was installed on the same computer. They supposedly were going to have a fix, late last year, but obviously, it never happened. Now instead of hours and hours of trying to get this program to work, I'll (hopefully) spend hours and hours transfering tapes to digital!
